About T3 Bayside
Inspired by heritage buildings, T3 Bayside captures the creative energy of brick-and-beam and pairs it perfectly with technology, amenities and sustainability. Designed by world-renowned Danish architecture firm 3XN, T3 Bayside is the latest in a global series of modern timber workplaces built with Hines’ proprietary T3 concept. Phase one will bring 251,000 square-feet of next generation creative office space to Downtown Toronto’s eastern waterfront in mid-2023. Phase two, a planned twin building adjacent to Phase one, will provide a rare opportunity for companies to build a true urban corporate campus experience and accommodate future growth.

T3 Bayside’s timber structure not only provides occupants with meaningful connections to nature, it also significantly reduces the building’s impact on the environment – resulting in an estimated 40-50% reduction in embodied carbon when compared to a traditional office building, or the equivalent of taking approximately 2,700 cars off the road.

The building’s design is centered around elevating the tenant experience by providing a differentiated platform of building amenities, including both a double height tenant lounge and conference/events facility, a club-quality fitness centre with end-of-trip facilities and a rooftop patio featuring panoramic lake and city views.

Located in Hines’ award-winning master-planned Bayside community, T3 Bayside’s waterfront location provides immediate access to a deep offering of natural and cultural amenities, including the Water’s Edge Promenade, Aitken Place Park, the Martin Goodman Trail and various other parks and attractions.

T3 Bayside will target LEED Gold and WELL Certification and has achieved WiredScore Platinum Certification, reflecting its focus on promoting occupant wellness, while limiting the building’s impact on the natural environment.
