Bob Dallas is Founder and CEO of the CCSA. He has spent much of his career growing start-ups and building existing companies to many multiples of their original value. He has had experience in related fields to the construction business having held Publisher roles with numerous national home design magazines founding two national magazines and four website directories similar to HOUZZ. Bob was part of a management team that built and sold one national magazine for $53 million which went on to sell for $175 million. He grew one company from $24 million to $120 million. He led one magazine to become Adweek's Hottest Magazine of the year,  He was founder of an advertising agency bearing his name and was CEO of another ad agency handling one of the largest manufacturers of residential and commercial water heaters. The company produced almost 10,000 water heaters per day.He studied architecture at Temple University and has been a speaker at: Wharton School of Business - University of Pennsylvania, New York University, Arcadia University, and various international advertising agencies to include J Walter Thompson and others.


He also ran his own family-construction business in Pennsylvania and New Jersey which involved residential and commercial construction. He was a professional interior designer and has worked with many of the top landscape architects in the country. 


His most recent venture with his partner, Chris Nolan, was Who's Who in Sustainable  Commercial Construction Magazine which led to the formation of the CCSA. The new emphasis on sustainability in the industry generated numerous interviews with designers, contractors, inventors and architects and it became clear that the industry could benefit from an association dedicated to sustainability in commercial construction.
